The International South African Institute of Unarmed Combat is hosting a FREE SELF DEFENSE SEMINAR at the Kings Beach, Lifesaving Club, Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth on the 18th September 2010 starting at 11am to 14pm. The seminar is run in conjunction with Councillor Dean Biddulph as an initiative to create a safer beach front and to empower the community at large to learn to defend themselves.
